According to the regulation of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the airport construction fee is accounted as following: CNY90 for international flight, CNY50 for domestic flight and CNY30 for branch flight (from major city to small city).
Newly Published Regulations by CAAC
According to the new regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), passengers under the following four conditions are exempted from paying the airport construction fee.
1. International passengers transiting at Chinese domestic airport.
2. Diploma passport holders taking flights at Chinese domestic airport to leave Mainland China.
3. Children under the age of 12 (including 12).
4. Passengers taking domestic planes for transit on the day (within 8 hours of interval to the next flight).
