Renminbi (means people's currency in English) is the official currency in the mainland of People's Republic of China and is also considered as the strongest currency in Asia. Renminbi, always abbreviated as RMB or CNY is issued by the Bank of China. The symbol of Renminbi is ¥.

President MaoZedong winned highly respect from Chinese people, the same as American people's respect for Abraham Lincoln. The portrait on others are people of Chinese minority ethnic groups.  The symbol on the left top of each bill is Chinese national emblem.
