Just near Splendid China and China Folk Culture Villages, Window of the World is an important theme park in Shenzhen.

The park reproduces the genuine conditions and customs of foreign countries with the exhibitions of modern technology, classic sculptures, and famous avenues from all over the world in three sections, covering Asia, the Pacific, Europe, Africa , and America . There are 118 scenic spots, including pyramids of Egypt , Eiffel Tower , the Amon Temple of Karnak, the Angkor Wat of Cambodia, the Grand Canyon of America, L'Arc de Triomphe of Paris , St. Peter's Cathedral of the Vatican City , the Taj Mahal of India, the Sydney Opera House of Australia, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Window of the World had successfully held such activities as the International Folk Art Festival, Japanese Culture Week, International Beer Festival, Christmas Carnival, etc. over the past five years.

Chinese Folk Culture Village
In Chinese Folk Culture Villages, there are 24 national stockade villages of typical style which shows conditions and customs of 56 nationalities. It is the largest of its kind in the world, with the largest number of ethnic minorities, and the largest man-made stone forest and waterfall.

Visitors can appreciate and participate in classical creation of many folk custom art, such as the outdoor scene performance " Homeland of Ashima" of Yi stockade village and "Magical Mount Awa" of Was stockade village. Tourists can also learn to make folk crafts, taste the ethnic style food and join the folk celebration and festivals.

Splendid China
Splendid China is a miniature scenic area that comprehensively reflects long history, brilliant culture, art and ancient architecture, as well as the customs and conditions of 56 nationalities in China .

Many scenic wonders are arranged in Scenic Spot Area, including the Great Wall, life-size Terra Cotta Soldiers and Horses of Qinling Mausoleum. Many world "most" can also be found, such as the world's biggest palace, Imperial Palace and Buddha statue, Leshan Grand Buddha Statue, the world's longest fresco, Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes. Besides, there are local houses with colorful ethnic style and ceremonies of local customs and traditions, like wedding, praying and memorial ceremony.
