Korea Cold Noodles

Not only popular in Northeast Region of China, but also in Beijing, Shanghai and many other big cities. The kind of noodles made of barley, wheat, buckwheat is in beef or chicken soup. Looking artistic with pepper, chili, beef slices and eggs, such bowl of cold noodles tastes very delicious and tender. The local people are fond of the cold noodles in summer days and also in winter days. Most of them like to eat it on their birthday .As a legend goes that if a person eat the cold noodles he would have a much longer life and a good luck .So the cold noodles is praised as "Longevity Noodles".

Sausage

It's a great pity if you have not tasted the sausage originated in the city. A very genius way to enjoy it is quiet simple, clipping it in big bread, and then you can eat it with a cup of wine or liquor. That must be a wonderful experience you never had. Maybe you will smell something of garlic and touch your hand with a little smoking dust .Don't worry about it ,as the sausage is smoked by the branch of old apple trees , which is planted in the mountains here. You'd better eat the sausage with peel, which is the traditional way to taste it.
