Terms of Hotel Booking
By reserving hotels through our website, you consent to all the following terms. Please read them carefully before we provide booking service to you.

Necessary Notice
1. If you check in earlier than the regular time or extend your stay, you will be charged some extra room rate.
2. The hotel room rate may increase in exposition period and Chinese public holidays, such as International Labor Day (from May 1st to May 7th), Chinese National Day (from Oct 1st to Oct 7th) and Chinese Spring Festival (usually in February).
3. The room rates we mentioned are quoted in US dollars and Chinese RMB. 1USD=7.4RMB
4. Without special indication, the room rates are for double occupancy of non-group customers, which is usually higher than that of group customers, including 15% service charge. At some hotels the room rate may include non-refundable breakfast. The rate for an extra bed is different among hotels.
5. Our Price is according to our contract with the hotel, excluding extra charges, taxes and expenses of personal nature.
6. Please ensure the following information you provide is correct so that we can confirm your booking as soon as possible.

Payment Terms
1. The room rates on our web page are just for your reference, the exact room fee you pay is equal to the rate in the confirmation form of room booking.
2. We will send the confirmation of room booking to you by fax or email once the hotel confirms your room booking within 48 hours.
3. On receiving the confirmation of room booking, you have successfully booked rooms in the hotel. Then you need to pay the full charges to TourChinaService by Bank Transfer or Money Gram or PayPal Online Payment. Your total remittance should be room charges plus bank transfer fees.

Variation and Cancellation Terms
1. Any variation earlier than 72 hours before the confirmed check-in date does not require fees, while that later than 72 hours before the confirmed check-in date demands one night's room rate.
2. We feel regretted to receive your cancellation notice, but if you make such decision, please contact us as soon as possible. Or some extra fees will be charged.
a) Cancellation of confirmed booking between 72 and 48 hours prior to the check-in date charges 50% of the full payment of room rate.
b) Cancellation of confirmed booking within 48 hours prior to the check-in date charges full payment of the room rate. The same amount of fees will be charged in case of guests not arriving without any prior notice.
c) Your cancellation fee will be deducted from the total payment you have given to us. The refund will be sent to you by cable transfer within two weeks of the cancellation. And we will send the cash remittance note to you by fax.
3. If you want to rebook the same hotel after a canceling reservation, you need to submit a new hotel-booking request.
