2.          The room rate of the hotels we arranged for you in the itinerary.

3.          The expenses of daily breakfast, lunch and dinner served in each city you visit.

4.          Fees for your bus transfer and all the service between airports, railway stations, hotels and all normal sightseeing in each city.

5.         Admission fees of scenic spots.

Quotation Excludes

1.          The international airfare of arrival and departure in Chinese domestic cities.

2.          The departure tax per person for departure from Chinese mainland, as well as Hong Kong and Macau.

3.          Consumption of personal nature, such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, postal and fax services, bars or overweight baggage charges.

4.          Tips for your private guides and drivers.

5.          Travel Insurance.

1.         Once you confirm the tour in written form by e-mail or by fax, we will sign a China travel agreement with you.

2.        You need to pay at least 30% of the total tour cost as deposite by bank transfer to the bank account number before the date we set in the agreement.

3.         After you make the remittance, you should send us a copy or scanned picture of the cash remittance note by fax or by email. After receiving your remittance note, we will arrange the tour for you.

4.        You should remit the balance (70% tour cost) 30 days before your tour starts by bank transfer or Money Gram or PayPal Online Payment and  pay the balance when you arrive in China.

5.         Your remittance should be the total quotation price mentioned in the China travel agreement. You are responsible for the bank transfer fee.

1.          Cancellation charge depends on how many days are left before the scheduled tour date when you cancel the confirmed tour.

      
       1-3 days--- 30% of full payment

       4-8 days ---25% of full payment

       9-14 days ---20% of full payment

       15-20 days---15% of full payment

       More than 20 days---10% of full payment

2.           Once you decide to cancel the confirmed tour, you should fax or email your decision and your bank account information to us. And all the refunds will be remitted into the account number provided within three weeks.

Disclaimer

1.           We reserve the right to correct quotation or to increase the tour expenses in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares,  cruise fares, park fee, taxes, or fuel surcharges and currency devaluation before we receive your full payment.

2.           We will take all benefits and losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, park fee, taxes, or fuel surcharges   and currency devaluation after we have received your full payment.

3.           Although we are independent agency with the service providers of your tour plans, we will try our best to ensure that they provide satisfactory service and help you solve the problems caused by their improper acts.

4.           We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that you do not require in our confirmed tour or require with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions or destinations.

5.           We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises, but we will try our best to help you get out of the consequential troubles.

6.          All of the arrangements in the cruise are subject to the policy and principles of different cruise companies without prior notice of any changes. We are just travel agents that buy tickets for you.
